Highly recommend Northants Flooring. Used them twice now and each time they have done a fantastic job.This time Scott fitted our kitchen, hallway and wc flooring and he was 10/10! Very professional, knowledgeable and ensured the job was done to top quality. Could not have asked for better service!We will most certainly be using them again, this time for carpet!

Incredible costumer service from Northants Flooring. From start to finish, and even several months after fitting they have gone above and beyond to ensure we had exactly what we hoped for. Excellent knowledge in all aspects which was a huge help to us when deciding what we needed. A massive thank you to Chris too for all his help, extremely professional and a credit to the company.

Couldn't fault them. Very professional and quick, cleaned up when the guy had finished. Carpet is still looking as new the day he fitted it. I payed a bit extra, very glad I did. I shall be contacting them again for my stair carpet and living room. My sister will also be paying them a visit for her house. Good selection of carpets for all budgets. Very pleased all round. Very impressed.

I unfortunately had a few issues with my order. However, I can't be more positive about the service I received over the phone from Northants Flooring. The lady (sorry, I cannot remember your name!) I dealt with was courteous, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. It really makes the difference when things haven't gone to plan, to have excellent service and get things sorted quickly.
