Looking for a part on Facebook, found it here, asked and got a reply straight away. Went over to get it and the staff could not have been friendlier and professional. This is a true breakers yard from old, they know how to treat people and have excellent customer service skills. Loads of cars so you should be covered. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part I was looking for, but they were very helpful in looking for the right donar vehicle. I would definitely give them a call if I was looking for spares for more common cars.Yes, the approach road does have more than its fair share of potholes, but hey, so does Northampton!! Just drive slowly ? ?

Called beforehand to ask if the part I was after was in stock and the guy on the phone said yes. I drive 40 minutes to get there and they don?t have the part I?m after and then just say ?oh?? then get an apology eventually and then when I said that?s not good enough especially if you are doing this to multiple people. He then goes on to say ?well I?d complain to someone if I was you?Terrible service from rude staff
