Said they opened at 7am, I went there today just now at 7:18am and the doors were open but the worker waved me out the door saying they weren?t open yet. Really inconvenient and unprofessional if you ask me!!

Staff member ignored me for a while and didn't respond when I said hello. When they did speak it was so quiet that I misheard them and she made out that I was not listening. Not exactly a customer friendly place. Don't expect this place to be a good experience.

I checked Google Maps and it showed the place opens at 7:00 AM. I visited today at around 7:15 AM, but it was still closed. This is really inconvenient and a waste of time. Local authorities or business owners should ensure that the listed hours are accurate. It?s frustrating for people who rely on this information and end up being disturbed by inaccurate timings.

Owner late opening, and he has an attitude problem ,extremely rude wouldn't take my parcel said it was to big even without measuring, went to another shop No issues

I was expecting a delivery to be arrived in this shop. I had the text message from collectplus that I can collect it. I never had it as the staff at Nisa was adamant that they did not receive it however the courier service told me the item has been delivered to the shop and scanned in.

Shop is a bit scruffy inside and is in need of an overhaul. They are listed as a parcel drop off point but when I took my parcel in they were very unhelpful. They were virtually trying to persuade me to take the parcel to a different location, I couldn't as it was already booked for this branch being it was my nearest. I wouldn't use the shop again.

We have always supported local businesses, but we will visit no more. Prices have rocketed. £50 for so few items, and the items are like Happy Shopper quality.Disgraceful
