All good. Nice meal and quick service. We wemt on Saturday night. Tge restaurant looked very busy and potentially understaffed. We got a table and were told there was a 40-minute wait on food, but food arrived within 10 minutes. Perfect quick stop.

No real veg options as burger/wrap just processed soya. Vegetarians do not want to eat products that?s taste or have texture of meat.

?I know it was for only one chicken we had an issue with but the resolution was so poor, it made the entire experience extremely disappointing. We ordered 5 chicken butterflies! They were all good except one which was still raw. We approached one member of staff who tried to claim it was the nerves of the chicken (it would still have been bad) but it wasn't of course. The manager or supervisor acknowledged there had been a mistake and reorder a replacement. It took so long to cook that we were all finished. Eventually they offered a voucher which never came! It was supposed to come within a week. We're therefore extremely disappointed by the experience. We love Nandos and have been to a few in the country but this one is a let down.

Very disappointed. My favourite dish is the chicken livers renowned for their soft, creamy texture but instead I was served luke warm tough chewy livers that were an effort to put my fork into! Their previously generous delicious crisp green side salad has been replaced with a sour pickled red cabbage salad with tomato and cucumber served in a tiny side bowl.... not a lettuce leaf in sight... gutted! The usually lovely warm crusty Portuguese roll was cold and chewy.
My partner ordered a Fino Pitta described as.....toasted pitta filled with two flame-grilled chicken thighs or a chicken breast with grilled halloumi cheese, caramelised red onion relish, wild garlic aioli and lettuce...... what he actually got was half a large pitta with 2 tiny bits of chicken breast, no halloumi, or relish and shoved right down the bottom was a few bits of iceberg lettuce and a dollop of mayo! Pathetic! Not even close to the menu photo and certainly not worth the price paid for any of it. We didn't send back the food because my son was taking us out as a treat, this being our pre concert meal and so we didn't want to sour the evening by complaining about the food.
Nandos used to be one of my favourite eateries.... not any more!!

It was good, but initially on our arrival to get a seat, we had a little challenge with one of the staff who was not patient to hear us on how many numbers of guests we are and how we want to be seated, it was later resolved when we told the staff to calm down and listen to us properly. It will be nice to listen to customer to express their mind without being rushed but the food and the service later was good
Parking: We were able and lucky to get a space to park just in front of Nando?s restaurant not sure of any other parking space around there as we all came from Kent for my son graduation ceremony

Came with my wife and friend before she went back to Liverpool. We had some new side dishes that was very tasty. Food was good company was good. Good times always

Meh, it's okay, not the best nandos I've been in, not the worst. Lack of cutlery, napkins and sauces, plus I'm not sure I have enough fingers to count the pubes visible in the urinals.

Disappointed with nandos today ,food served within a few minutes of ordering,how so quick,sent back as it was all luke warm 2nd lot chicken hot but chips still luke warm, when I asked was my 1st lot of food someone's left behinds he said he didn't know
