My local store has really gone downhill. It looks tired, poorly stocked shelves, out of date items and generally poor overall. Sad to see

dismal store. none of the ladies toilets are either clean or have any kind of privacy lock. no notification of the male cleaner either.
the store itself is dirty and unkempt, at one point in the past 2 months every fridge and freezer has leaked spilling out over the floor all at the same time, now it?s down to just a few and whilst i understand that this down to contractors and not store staff it?s the store staff that are taking a constant bashing from customers due to this,
there are also parts of the walls falling/hanging off unfortunately i dont know what the parts of metal are called on the edges of walls but these are what i mean
they are not utilising space effectively and there has been a significant drop in customer service, it?s very clear to see that staff morale is at a very low level.
the quality of food also has dropped significantly in particular the meat they sell from the butchery counter. whilst i used to shop in Morrisons for the meat and bakery section and their vast selection of fresh fruit and vegetables due to the significant hike and prices and severe drop in quality i will be shopping elsewhere where going forwards. Morrisons as a company must do better by its staff and customers. especially in a day and age where you have lidl's and aldis on your doorstep selling exactly the same products at exactly the same level of quality but at a fraction of the cost

I had a really positive interaction with 2 staff members :) I didn?t see their name tags but one of them had nice teal/greenish short hair, and they complimented my style :) The other was nice lady on tills who was fascinated by my makeup :) it?s nice to not be looked at like I don?t have feelings, especially when doing mundane things like food shopping :)

A bit of teething problems with the new self scan machines, twice I?ve had to do my shopping in 2 separate transactions, as after scanning 3 items,it then says barcode not recognised, which is a real pain,but the staff were very helpful,so it?s not a huge problem

Always find morrisons over priced compared to other food retailers.plenty of parking but the entrance road and exit is normally blocked up in peak times due to surrounding retailers on the site.fruit and veg is not the freshest or best quality and the bakery is either burnt,rockhard or under cooked.hot deli is not always staffed with some days there being only 1 person across this and the fish and salad bar section. Okay if you need some items and you're close by.
