I?ve ordered a big mac meal with fries and a milkshake. I didn?t receive the milkshake or fries and my burger has a bite out of it. This is why employees should not eat their lunch while they are on duty, so that they don?t send customers there half eaten lunch. Disgraceful.

The last 4 deliveries 3 of them have had a missing item. The app is useless in reporting it as it won't allow to upload your receipt of if you don't have a receipt it asks to use your location and nothing. I called the store one time and was told to use the app so basically you lose money. It was a free burger that was missing. It is just annoying.

Went through the drive through and when I got home the chips were cold and I ordered a double quarter pounder but had 2 normal burger patties and nothing else in a quarter pounder box. Will not be going back
