Poor lad made to wear a beard net whilst the girls walked around with no hair nets on
No table service available for disabled customers
I went to use disabled toilet and couldn't lock it as they had plastered the lock catch with tape
Also the soap dispenser looked like it was growing something inside
Music also far too loud, couldn't have a conversation over it, although most of the music was good ?

Last 2 visits (for takeaway) i had to return as they had not placed all the order in the bag on both occaisions 2 entire meals less drinks were left behind the till , also it was very quiet only 4 customers in inside should we have to check the order is complete or am i paying for that service. ...... so my advice is double check before you leave , they aplologised on both occaisions but was very annoying. all the other food was cold by the time we got home.

Been given an apple pie 1h after discard time. Told them and they took out the label and gave me the exact same pie. Burgers and fries were cold and we waited 20 min for our order.

Worst McDonalds in the county, they've been open for 30 years and are consistent in the fact that they've never got an order right, the service is slow as a snail and the staff are more interested in socialising than serving the massive queue of angry customers. Food today was cold, chips were like cardboard, no straws for our drinks and no sauce for the dippers.

Ordered online. Went to pick up and when got home had the completely wrong order. Phoned the restaurant , got an ok person but no apology . Told to take it back. So had to go back and reorder. No compensation .
And another two people also saying they were missing items or was wrong. Not great service tonight McDonald?s, sort it out.

We only went in for Mcflurries, but they were, as usual, spot on. There was a lady working and tidying up who was so friendly and helpful. I think her name was Jane ?
Parking: There's a car park but it can get really busy. However it's on the edge of the retail park so there is plenty of parking 2 minutes walk away

McDonald's has a toilet.
The toilet entrance is next to the collection counter.
