Need to evolve, get up to date. 2024, and still no alternatives to milk in hot drinks.
Worse still, I ordered black coffee after they explained that only dairy milk was available,
fortunately, I take sugar, so to my horror when adding, I found a milky frothed drink with hot chocolate on top. I was allergic to milk, so this is not acceptable, and attitudes towards customers' safety must change.

What's not to love about a good old cheeseburger and fries, with a side of strawberry milkshake. Fast service, food was warm. Plenty of parking and seating inside.

Tonight's workers were horrible, they got my drinks orders wrong and then my chips were pretty much still frozen, I heard staff complaining about the amount of customers there were not very professional at all, so disappointed ? ?

Every time I order through either the just eat or McDonald's app, they always forget something. This time it was half my order. I tried phoning sixfields directly put theres no dial tone. If your going to order through the apps, stay well away.

Ordered two breakfast at drive in, served other cars before us even though we were there first. Then managed to give us the wrong order and over charge us! Staff were useless!

Just moved to Northampton and I can honestly say it was lovely to come to a McDonald?s where the staff are lovely greeting customers and saying goodbye as they leave. Natalia, maybe the manager - she definitely has management qualities, (who was one of two Natalia?s working today) was bubbly, enthusiastic and helpful. The branch was clean and didn?t have that stale McDonald?s smell which is prevalent in these restaurants nationwide. Even the other diners were pleasant. Thank you!
