I popped in today not expecting to get anything and i ended up having the best time! I was look for a Valentine?s Day gift for my boyfriend who has eczema so it was hard but I was approached by Si and she was beyond helpful! She made my experience perfect and was the sweetest.I am looking forward to meeting her again some day! ??

Service here is astonishing, visited yesterday to get some gift boxes, pricing was good and the service was perfect, I found what I was looking and one of the staff members checked to see if I was alright, throughout was very satisfied and would recommend them, wishing a Merry Christmas is well, Zach

I don?t normally do reviews but I popped into Lush yesterday and had absolutely zero idea on what I wanted (other than the whole shop as per usual?) and was approached by Lexi who was so so lovely and went above and beyond to help me out with what I wanted (she also liked my Nicki Minaj jumper so bonus points haha)I was then taken over and served by Si, who was so bubbly and helpful (and also liked my jumper so even more points).All in all, lovely girls and it made the experience so simple + easy and couldn?t recommend them both enough!

Popped into lush today to get some presents and treat myself to some body spray, I didn?t get either staff members names but they were both just so welcoming and lovely to me (the lady with the skull hair clip) and after a stressful weekOf work, they both made my day!

I passed by lush yesterday because the smell of the shop was drawing me in (you really can?t miss it). Was hovering around their body sprays: and one employee Lexie was super friendly and sweet. She gave me the most enchanting samples with some amazing recommendations. Literally one of the best shops in Grosvenor centre
