Whilst the actual cashiers that work behind the till do a great job, never enough of them! Most weeks I come to collect change for a company I work for, usually in the queue for a good 20-30mins. With no one managing the queue. I even follow the process to text prior to avoid delays. Is that really acceptable Lloyds? Today I have arrived and there isn't ANY cashiers!! Might be time to employ some more people?? Lloyds for the size of you, not really acceptable!

Called 1st time customer service somebody pick up call waited 5 10 nobody said anything I said hi somebody answered back no introduction nothing, rude and in the end ends my call
Called 2nd time there's a gentleman picking up saying ?thanks to be patient? Without introduction? I wonder if the service is in decline?

Went to northampton branch to draw out some money only to be told tills were down told other branch in wellingbourgh drove there only to be told there tills are down could have told me that in northampton branch instead of me driving half an hour to other i have now had enough of lloyds bank and will now close my account and bank elswere never been any help from them

I think that the very good years of this bank are over. Currently, despite the smiles of the staff, few matters will be resolved positively. Most of the complaints and problems of the petitioners are not resolved. It's sad but true. I do not recommend.

My experience with this place was very good. I had to exchange a damaged £20 paper note. Was a queue, but the staff was moving fast, so i didn't have to wait to much. I got another £20 , plastic one.

i come, wait at desk, no body even interest on me, when lady ask " are you Ok " i tell - NO she just past me... then one girl nearly come to me, but some one call her, and she ignore me, after ignore second time... that was fun... but not helpful, even when i ask appointment to speak about my bank account, loan and credit... she tell i should do by my self... why they there??? furniture???

Northampton branch doesn't provide stamps on bank statements for employment purpose.I don't understand why.... We had to go to Milton keynes branch to get the stamps. Very awful experience

I found all staff friendly and helpful from the greeter at the door to the two gentlemen who sorted out my enquiry between them. I think I shall visit this branch in future should I need to in preference to struggling online.

Absolutely awful customer service if you walk in! This blonde elderly lady with a notepad is rather mean, uncooperative and lazy. The way she handles queries is like, as long as she can just get it done with. If she is going to treat customers like that why is she even in customer service? What a waste. Zero care if her customer even felt alright with her response or not. Even if she can?t solve their problems, least she can do is be nice while responding. If such nonsensical people are in customer service, how can people even trust this bank with something as important as finances?
