I was referred by a cousin to quick fit in Northampton and I regret going there! I booked for my car to be seen way in advance, nearly 2months ago and when I took my car to them it took them the whole day to do a diagnosis only to be called at 1726hrs to come and collect it and I did not get a proper explanation. The caller was not listening to me he was just dismissive. I’m sure our conversation was recorded as I am aware calls are recorded for quality and training purposes and therefore maybe referred to if need be.I arrived at their reception at 2mins to 6pm and I was just handed over the keys and told you have been booked for the 22nd of July without even giving me time to check my schedule I could tell people were in a rash to knock off which is fine because they are probably not paid for an extra minute to be kind and just explain to a lady who is clueless about cars and worried about her vehicle. I got to my car which was parked in a the open where everyone could see that the car was still there , I adjusted the car seat, connected my phone to charger and tried to set up my sat nav just before I take off. I could see one of the guys from my rear view mirror coming out going to his car going towards the exit point and he looked at my car with the engine running and reverse lights on. At exactly 1803hrs I reversed my car so that I could leave the premises quickly before they lock and I got the shock of my life when I saw all exit points locked I was disappointed and there was no out of hours line to call. If my story sounds like a joke I’m sure cameras did capture everything including him looking at my car which was in a open space , engine running.What is even sad is that they could tell that the vehicle in question was still parked and they were aware that I came to collect it. I wouldn’t be surprised if no one from the customer care services department doesn’t reach out to me with regards to this mistreatment. Now my car is left parked there in the open obviously at my own risk and i can’t imagine the inconvenience it will cause for me in the morning when I go to work without a car . I have a bad knee and i depend on that car I had to walk back home again without the car . Looking at the nice reviews from others I wonder what it takes for a customer to be treated differently. I was hoping to be served by people who are very much aware of customer rights!!! Very disappointed 😢

A service second to none. I could of not wished for better service. I was stranded with a slow punture and a long motorway drive. They sorted it out very quickly and l was on my way. Many thanks to you all with special mention to the man on reception, a STAR ?

I turned up as they were about to close after a tyre blow out on the dual carriageway left me stranded. They changed the tyre and let me clean up in their bathroom.They made a positive difference to my life, they could have washed their hands and gone home. They were great.

Riley and Steve have helped me out massively today. Managed to a tyre repair at 3:30 on a Sunday making sure my wife and children were safe to go to work/nursery on Monday. Thank you lads!

Last thing Saturday, family member had tyre situation, just as garages closing!Fortunately KF sorted out issue professionally and cheerfully within a half an hour. Very good advice and help from Jake.Thanks very much.

Visited due to loss of tyre pressure.Even though late Saturday afternoon, problem of slow puncture quickly and professionally identified by Jake. They had the correct tyre in stock which was fitted within half an hour.Would definitely recommend.

2.5hrs from home I got the dreaded tyre pressure light come on, a severe loss of pressure and what sounded like a nail in one of my tyres. I quickly rerouted to Kwik Fit in Northampton at 5pm, explained my dilemma and the team got me sorted and back on the road within the hour. A massive thanks to the entire team, you were fantastic and I really appreciate you helping me out so I wasn?t stranded. Highly recommend!

I booked an air conditioning refresh. And thought as it was £129 that it would be all the bells and whistles. After being handed my keys I was told it only needed recharging and none of the other works were needed.So I was shocked when nothing else was done other than the recharge and was still charged the full price.Needless to say, if anyone asks me where to go I shall tell them ?unless you know your aircon needs completely fixing, don?t go here or else it?ll cost you over double what it should cost?

The work was done in the time and quality I expected. Des was professional through out keeping me updated on progress although the Business was very busy. He also managed to obtain the front tyres for my car which were no longer listed on your website site.

It took two hours for my tyre to be changed even though I booked in advance. I was then told they would?ve fitted my other tyre that Ned?s doing if they had the tyre, while I appreciate being informed of my other tyre that needed changing . I did not appreciate that it would?ve been changed without my consent and also the fact it took two hours to change the first one.

I took advantage of the free wheel alignment check offer, and took my car into the Northampton branch. The check was carried out and I was informed that tracking adjustments needed to be made both front and rear. As soon as I drove out I could feel the way my car drove and handled was greatly improved, an impression that was confirmed on the open road. After a week driving the icing on the cake became apparent when I noticed that fuel consumption was noticeably improved, and I reckon the alignment will have paid for itself in about 8 - 9 months. Very happy customer.

Helpful staff and a very decent service but if you book a service slot. Don't be late! If you're more than 10 minutes after your arranged time, too bad. Come back another time! Fair enough but be warned.
