A friend had a voucher and was given little care or attention. Barely any conversation. Did not explain the process. Had a paraffin hand wax, including hand massage. Had to lean over a table - already had a bad back which therapist was aware of. Felt very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

A wonderful experience from when I entered the reception area to the time I walked back out the door after my treatments! A special mention must be given to a lady by the name of Sam and another lady who I cannot remember the name (so sorry)!
