Thought we would have a treat, so decided KFC because it isn't that cheap and really fancied chicken. Had a wicked variety 6 piece bucket, small gravy and chilli dip with pound tip £34. Service was fine , delivered on time no problem. Food poor. They were the worst fries I have had from here, virtually soggy. The main chicken pieces were not at all crispy just greasy soggy skin. Highly disappointing.

My finances chicken was dry cold chips were cold the bun of my fillet burger was mouldy sent it back twice still no improvement will not go to KFC again felt ill afterwards

We went here for lunch mum and step dad ordered food and the chips were cold also my step dad's buger bun was MOULDY they said it was toster burn but it wasn't as it was green an toster burn IS NOT GREEN. I do not recommend coming here overall unsatisfied and unacceptable behaviour!

Fantastic service by Sean after some confusion with our order. Went above and beyond to help resolve our issue and even gave us some free drinks while waited, so big thank you to him.
The chicken wings unfortunately weren't very good, not very warm and strangely bland compared to normal, but still a 5* for the service!

3rd time here now in 6 weeks , nothing has changed , everything is excellent , the chicken is delicious , the service for drive through customers is fast and the servers are always polite , what more does anyone want from this KFC.

The loos had an awful smell, staff were rather off hand, asked for a coffee, and they don't make coffee apparently, portions are tiny for children. Not a fan

There was no one inside the restaurant, so we were gobsmacked at the confusion of the staff shouting out our order number. The order unit did not print our receipt with the order number. When we asked for it, three obviously very young individuals in a KFC click had no customer service whatsoever, with absolutely no sense of humour when we tried to make light of the situation to help their incompetence. Thank God I love a KFC bucket

First I encountered a uber eats driver who tryed to run me over on the way in to the kfc then on the way in he was a very rude man to the staff and myself .
Rushing around and then he took the wrong order to his car . Then had to exchange it for the right one . Then all the orders was backed up eventually I got to my seat and on the next table was a few people from the local mad house . Shouting jumping up and down I could not even digest ny food at a cost of £10 in my only 45 mins break from my busy job .. never will I go back in that kfc and probably never go to kfc again ever . Rubish 0 out of 10 ..
