Joseph was the best server I have ever had in my whole life I went home crying at the happiness my meal experience brought me. My kids were over the moon and have been asking to go back and see Joseph. However, I only have visitation privileges on weekends so it will have to wait until next Sunday!

I ordered for takeaway as soon as I sat down to eat and opened my burger it was the driest chicken that was impossible to bite into it was ROCK HARD mayo was in place but the lettuce are you giving me the steam or the actual leaf , I want a refund and will be going into store with the pictures for a FULL REFUND.
Don?t order there unless you want to be throwing your money away in the bin

I live in Daventry and drive past KFC sixfeilds,and Northampton town centre just to come to KFC Riverside. The chicken is consistently spot on,always hot,never dry,nice and moist. Good service in drive thru and from inside eating. I'm always as honest as possible with my reviews so I'd say the only disappointing experience I've had is nobody byin store understands how the app works. I never knew they had an app as never asked when purchasing food, however downloaded it and wasn't sure of it's use or features. When asking no one else knew either. This doesn't effect the service or food so 100% recommend coming UPDATED called in today all the way from Daventry to stand in an empty store with workers just looking at me from behind the kitchen! No service! Really disappointed

I recently visited KFC and had a genuinely satisfying experience. The highlight, of course, was the chicken ? crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right with that signature KFC flavor. Whether it?s the classic Original Recipe or the Extra Crispy option, every piece I tried was delicious and freshly cooked.
The restaurant itself was also clean and well-kept. The dining area was tidy, the tables were wiped down, and the floors looked like they were regularly swept and mopped. Even the bathrooms were in good condition, which isn?t always the case in fast food spots.
Service was quick and friendly, with staff members who were polite and efficient. My order was taken correctly and served without a long wait, which made the visit even better.
Overall, KFC delivered on both food and atmosphere. If you?re craving fried chicken in a clean, welcoming environment, this place is definitely worth the visit.

I recently ordered takeaway from KFC, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food arrived piping hot and fresh, with the crispy chicken pieces still perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The fries were golden and seasoned just right. Even the sides, like the coleslaw and mashed potatoes, were packed with flavor and really complemented the main course of my meal
Came thru for some cheeky munch and they made me leave with a smile even the managers were very hands on with a fast forward rapid speed service you wouldn?t want to miss out on this good place

I recently visited the KFC at Riverside in Northampton, and I have to say, it was by far the best KFC experience I've had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The managers are really caring and also take consideration making sure you are happy.
The service was absolutely top-notch. The team seemed genuinely focused on providing a great experience for every customer, and it really showed. The food came out fast, fresh, and hot ? everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. You could tell that the staff were well-trained and really cared about the quality of the meal.
What really impressed me was the attention to detail. The restaurant was clean, the ordering process was seamless, and even during a busy time, everything was handled with such professionalism. I?ve visited other KFC locations in the area, but none have matched the level of service and quality I got at this one.
Huge shoutout to the team at Riverside for making my visit so enjoyable ? I?ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this location if you're craving a delicious meal with fantastic service!

Went in to get the 20 hot wings deal, tried to use the screen but it wasn't on there. Went to the counted to order and we were left standing there for a while. We managed to call a member of staff over, she refused to serve us, was very rude, making faces and then proceed to ignore us so we left. Won't be going again.

I went through the drive thru for lunch, the girl on the speak was very polite and helped me with my order, it took very little time to receive my food and i was very satisfied with the quality of the food and the service i received.
