The food was a little undercooked and burned. My son had to go to the toilet there was no toilet paper so my son had to clean his bottom with the sink but the water didnt work

Becareful when ordering from here through just eat as it could leave you out of pocket & hungry.
We ordered two meals for delivery, when the food turned up we discovered we only had one meal and it wasn't even what we ordered and it was stone cold, despite multiple attempts to contact them on every number we could find there was no answer.
We contacted just eat who refunded the price of the food, but didnt refund the delivery charge, service charge , ect in all the experience was absolutely shocking.

Please, let another people to work there if you are not capable to put a menu of chicken wings instead if what shitty chicken you send me. Go home if you don't know your job description. And is not first time when this happens. What kind of people work there if they don't know how to do their job?!

Food cold as always,waited ages to be served.

Worst kfc on earth had to wait 15 mins on my order and came home to be finding at least 3 hairs and imagine eating your chips and feeling the a long piece of string of hair in your mouth ???? PLEASE AVOID

Food was cold. Chicken was over cooked and stringy, like it?s been sitting there for ages. Chips cold like always, wings were tiny! Final straw with KFC now. Some advice, stop selling halal meat and invest in some good quality chicken and your end product might be better. I know it?s fast food but still, absolutely shocking quality and service.

The most disgusting food I've seen had. This is not kfc. The chicken was uncooked and the corn was basically water! I will never order from there again!!!

HA HA, I'VE JUST SEEN THE RESPONSE FROM THE RESTAURANT! WHAT A LAUGH! THEY WERE TRYING TO WRIGGLE OUT OF THEIR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MERCHANT. I ORDERED THROUGH KFC SO SENDING ME TO UBER EATS WAS A TIME CONSUMING, STRESS INDUCING RED HERRING. IF THEY WERE SO SORRY THEY WOULD ACTUALLY CLEAN UP THEIR ACT AND START PROVIDING DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE RATHER THAN THE PATHETIC MESSAGES ON HERE. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY'LL IMPROVE. THEY HAVEN'T. THEY DON'T. AND THEY PROBABLY WON'T. OUTRAGEOUS BEHAVIOUR!!!!!!!
I just ordered some KFC and the restaurant failed to include some of my order. It's obviously the restaurant's fault but they say because I ordered through Uber Eats I have to get a refund through them. I did it through the KFC website but at the last minute it said Uber Eats would deliver it. The staff at this branch FAILED to refund me, told me I had to go in to get the missing items (if I could do that I wouldn't be ordering online). ALSO, IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS RESTAURANT HAS DONE THIS. LAST TIME IT WAS DELIVEROO BUT IT WAS THE INCOMPETENT/IGNORANT/DISHONEST/LAZY* (not sure which) STAFF AT THIS RESTAURANT WHO HAVE MADE THE MISTAKES. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
Looking through the previous reviews there is clearly a theme. 'Sorry you experienced this, it will be passed on to the team and we'll try to do better.' It's obviously just words. Same review, countless times. Shut the branch down if you can't afford to hire/train competent people.

Twice now my order has been wrong. A month ago only 8 chicken strips instead of 12 and last night no popcorn chicken!! You?d think after paying 35 quid for food they?d get it right wouldn?t you??!!
