One of the only remaining sports shops that are actually very helpful and offer a great service. found a perfect pair of running shoes instantly. They have the equipment to find your exact foot size and how you proportion your weight when walking. great to see a local business still going.

Gave 2 new fleeces for embroidery to be done. 2 logos
Both fleeces were given to me with some sort of residue felt like the fleece material was burnt around the area of new logos done. Went back and they said the work was done by a third party and they will need to contact them. Anyways collected the 2 fleeces a few days later and they washed both my fleeces. Material is better but not perfect. i was expecting a better finish considering each fleece cost me £70 + the fee on each fleece to get logos done. I have used 2 other companies in the past and never had an issue up until now, so will go back to using other companies from now on.

I used this shop around 3 years ago and it was a very negative rude experience then. But decided to give them another chance as they had netball shoes for my daughter. But again the same rude, unhelpful and negative experience. I?d love to spend my money in independent shops but I get better customer service in sports direct.

I was in this month to replace some squash shoes. I've forgotten the owner's name (possibly John Henry?!), but he couldn't do enough for me. Unlike the vast majority of sport shops, JH sports stocks half-sizes of most of their shoes, which in fact I did need in the end. Bigger chain stores like Decathlon don't, as they're working off volume margins and it isn't worth their while. Personable, efficient and very helpful. He also, very kindly, applied military discount with proof/valid ID. Top notch customer service and the sort of business approach that all communities badly need more of. I'll be back.

I go every six months this is the last proper sports shop in Northamptonshire the service the price all is so superb think the guys do a wonderful job see you in 6 months
