Completely ripped off at the car wash. Advertised £8 for a full wash, wax, polish dry, sills for a 4x4. Asked just for the outside of my low roof short wheelbase van to be washed and rinsed, no wax, no polish, no dry, no sills, didn't wash the roof, so less work than a 4x4, charged me £10 then shortchanged me another £5.
