@iStore Northampton today and Kennedy was incredibly helpful, he made everything very easy to understand, he explained the difference between iPhone 16 and 16 pro max to me, now I?m able to make a good choice according to what I want.

The most horrible customer service I had in my life. I was booked for a battery replacement (service) at 12:00 I had to wait for 3 hours only to be told after that they don?t have a battery in stock for my iPhone, they could have checked this before taking my phone. Wasted half of my day for these incompetent people, DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had a problem with my phone and was served by Joe. What a brilliant employee he is!!! So knowledgeable likeable polite and efficient. Not only serving me but keeping other customers happy so no one had to wait too long. What an asset to iStore he is!! Thank you Joe.

Booked an appointment with this place on Friday. The appointment was for the following Monday. For a battery replacement I contacted the store to confirm my appointment and to make sure the part was in stock and available for same day service as I was commuting 45 minutes.
This was confirmed.
I arrived today 15 minutes before my appointment . To be told that the service was not able to take place on the same day , and that they were closing in half an hour.
I proceeded to say that I confirmed everything with them prior to this appointment. 3 days has passed and nobody took it upon themselves to contact me and let me know that the service would not be able to happen.
The customer service was horrendous, the guy was rolling his eyes and acting so unbothered. There was no customer care there whatsoever.
I left work early to make this appointment and commuted 45 minutes.
It?s disgusting.
They then proceeded to call security to get me removed. I?m a female with a child. No threat in the slightest.
The most unprofessional customer service iv ever dealt with.
They Give such a bad name to APPLE.
I don?t recommend using them at-all.
Iv contacted apple customer care and taken it higher.

I had such a great experience at iStore! I went in last minute around 4 p.m. with a cracked phone screen, and by 6 p.m. my phone was fixed and looking brand new. Thank you so much to Joe for working so hard to help me, and to his colleagues for their support. Really impressed with the fast and professional service!

I visited Northampton istore and I was helped by a very friendly lady called Welja.
She was very knowledgeable and helpful and sorted my issue with my phone straight away.
Would definitely recommend this store for anyone with device issues.

We visited to buy new iPhones for each of us. We were served by Welja (AKA Jay). She looked after us so well. In a short time all of our data had been transferred quickly and efficiently. She explained at each stage what she was doing and why. Excellent friendly service. Thank you.

Myself, my partner and daughter visited the Northampton iStore to ask for advice about about moving data from one phone to another. Charlie was incredibly helpful and sorted all the issues out with ease. While we were there I asked for advice about missing purchased music on my daughter?s iPhone. Charlie was so thorough and even though it wasn?t straightforward he persevered and solved the issue. We were there far longer than expected and I didn?t mean to be there so long but Charlie was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I was so grateful to him for solving all our problems. 5 star service!

Had a sudden major problem with my phone, visited the store in Northampton, in an anxious state as I had lost vital information and couldn?t retrieve it.
Kennedy and Joe were amazing!
They could not have been more helpful, kind, and reassuring that they would sort it all out for me.
Also, they were both very patient, explaining things clearly and without making me feel a nuisance with my lack of knowledge!
