Went for a simple oil change, starts leaking. Went back and had it "repaired" and told they had fixed it and when asked for a receipt for the work done and they refused... told no compensation and when asked for the management number no answer as of yet.UPDATE: After receiving the response below from louise I would like to add I had to take time off work to go back for the repair so It was not "free" and was told over the phone that I would get a free MOT if I delete my review. I will gladly delete my review for a full refund instead.

Discriminative and a rip off. everytime I?ve taken my car there they always fail the mot from the same thing they fixed and put all these crazy diagnosis that is not even true with the car (RETESTED AT DIFFERENT MOT GARAGE WITH COMPLETLY DIFFERENT RESULTS) and the guy has always a nonchalant attitude and when I drove my car there?s actually no difference the same issues are there. If your a female I warn you don?t go here and if you are black good luck. Worst garage in Northampton

After takeing my car for a basic oil change. Found they had caused high value damage to the vehicle.And refused any attempt to remedy it. Making out it could only be corrected by Vauxhall.Which I found to be total lies.As local garages are able to correct the .damageAnd I was sent me on my way with highlydangerous and unroadworthy car.In a worse condition and undrivable

Received booking confirmation online dropped off said it wasn't booked it, couldn't book me in that day, checked online after walking out, had booking spaces all day, so took my car to in-town auto motive round the cornerGot a full service a flush and break pads and discs done that afternoon.

Unfortunately they are under skilled in my opinion. Had a clutch done in my car Ford Focus, they said can do it no problem! However 2 days after replacing my clutch is starting to have soft and difficult to change gears. The new clutch gone, it was a shame I call them and explained this problem, thay give me appointment to investigate thisin 4 day's time. I was already disappointed because the didn't even try to look for it and I was without car for 4 days. So I bring back the car after 4 day, and they replaced for the other clutch and said something went wrong with first one.They replaced the 2th clutch ? and 2 days later I had a problem again the clutch went soft and the gears was hard to change again. Call them again explain them and they said can't do anything about, probably something wrong with car and they don't know that's? howeverthecar hadno issuesbeforetheclutchgone. . So I end up with selling the car.I can't tell you how I disappointed of them. Very bad experience, never go back there again.

Tried INnOUT first time. Haven't had great experiences, since moving to town.Great MOT Centre!Easy to book online, lots of parking and a pleasant waiting area.Car was inspected honestly and passed MOT, with advisories, that can be fixed.Look forward to going back next year.
