Excellent customer service and advice.MOT failed but was advised what was the cost to repair rear top strut but the handbrake issue would need investigating before giving price, so dont pay for anything till checked. I agreed investigation was completed only needed freeing up due to ceasing from lack of use whilst in hospital. They phoned gave update and good news completed top strut in 1 1/2 hours and collected excellent customer support

As always, the staff were so helpful and calm. Very easy customer service, no waiting and staff immediately spoke to me when I got to the counter. The work they did on my car was great as always. Always a pleasant experience. Thank you!

It's brilliant service, everyone was very polite and kind ,they did my MOT with in the schedule,this is my first visit and I will be continuing with them even my full service and all my requirements.I decided to recommend to my family and friends.Thanks for your good honest work.

Such a sound bloke, very friendly and put me at ease - had previous issues with a different garage who made no end of mistakes/didnt fill me with confidence. In & Out Automotive sorted everything quickly and professionally - definitely will be coming back, would recommend

Absolutely fantastic. Excellent customer service and such a fast turn around. Booked car for an MOT it failed and they got IT fixed retested and back to me by the next day. Superb company.

They got my MOT including repairs done in 3 and a half hours and I got regular updates. Staff are polite, professional and helpful. I've had my car four years and haven't taken it anywhere else and don't intend to.

Hello,rang yesterday making an inquiry regarding a oil service.Made a appointment for today at lunch time as I had a bizzy schedule.Was welcomed from nice friendly reception staff, stationed in this bizzy town garage.The time scale was a couple of hours - job done.The hole experience was stress-free also not to expensive on a Porsche also resetting my dash board service module.Thanks for your timeKeep up the good workJonathanIn Northampton
