I can?t believe how rude the staff are in store . visited on Monday and was not greeted with a smile or any other kind of interaction . When I spoke with the manager she was rude and just had bad attitude . Will not be visiting again .

I usually get my family multivitamins & cod liver oil in H&B, used to be no problem with this shop but this time the problem was got wrong exchange by the shop assistant, short only one pound but it's made me very uncomfortable after rethink about it.like a trick.And rediculous the shop assistant complain me why not check it face to face. All my fault, right?
