The normal beds are not that comfortable and couldn't sleep much. The location is convenient as it's just off a motorway junction.I paid online and the receptionists were not sure about the payment so it took a long time to check in. Same question at checkout so that was a bit annoying.

I just popped in to charge the car on the way north today.Only one charger at present buts lots being commissioned.There was a BMW. Charging on the charger. This car has CCS charge port.But he plugged in to type 2 and wentand left the car. It had only just started charging. Could rave taken hours and hours.Please think of other people when charging your car at public chargers.Naughty BMW driver.

The staff were so kind and helpful, honestly they were the absolute best!! They were always so accommodating and supportive. The breakfast options were truly amazing, a wide variety of options catered for all types. The chefs were ever so friendly and even customised omelettes. The swimming pool and spa was lovely with excellent staff who offered towels. Would 100% recommend for families to have a quiet getaway. I can?t wait to come backRooms: Clean and tidy. Do not fall for the half board price its a rip off nothing is fresh its all microwave meals. The prices are for someone to stay on site and cook. the quality has to suffer for that while the price remains a rip off. All the good meals aren't included in the deal of 3 courses for 22 and the 22 only seems like a good deal if a steak meal alone is 25. The staff are nice and rooms ok. The chef is probably doin his best to deal with the owners money making scheme. Sick of food being like an Egyptian Market haggle. They won't tell you when you pay for half boars you are elicited to fish n chips mac n cheese and a pizza. They wait for you to be trapped at xmas to find out the terms. One night the steak was huge the other night it was half size both cost 25 for 10 ounces of rump.I just had a burger it was rock hard over cooked in a soggy bun with half a leaf of iceberg and floppy chips.. 16 quid because its not on the 3 courses for 22.Places to eat need to sort their ''burgers''out

Went here for an evening event .the staff are lovely and welcoming. The young lady on the bar Kerry was really helpful as we didn't know where to go . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area xFood & drinks: Very nice food not overly priced.. excellent wine x

I booked a premium room was put in a normal one I spoke to reception they said they'd give me points as the cost difference..Still not got anything..very disappointed. Gym great and pool facilities

Rooms were not that clean and not very topped up either. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was closed for half a day due to building works that were being carried out which wasn't communicated effectively. Food was very good but menus were slightly limited especially for the kids.Nearby activities: Not much except for a lovely sized park for the kids.Safety: No security guard present just camerasFood & drinks: Very Limited kids menu

We were not impressed with the cleanliness and repairs of the room but as soon as it was pointed out to the staff the issues were solved the staff all I can say is they were out of this world they couldn't do enough for us to make us they more pleasurable we will definitely be staying here againRooms: We had a problem with declining this of the room which was sorted out as soon as it was pointed out to the staffFood & drinks: We only had breakfast here, but it was outstanding.
