Phoned at 14:45 to ask if I needed an appointment for a slow puncture. Sep said I could go straight there. The puncture was not repairable so I had a new tyre. All finished at 15:15. Brilliant, friendly service at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Excellent and professional service from Steve this morning replacing a punctured tyre. He did it while I waited, despite being busy, then even put more air in the spare and helped me put everything back in the boot. Thoroughly recommend this place?

Having trouble with a tyre losing pressure I called HiQ. They told me to pop in and they would fix it ASAP but I might have to wait an hour or so. I arrived about half an hour after my call and within 15 minutes my problem was sorted. Great service, lovely staff, one very satisfied customer.

We had a wheel alignment check at quikfit whom told us the front wheels were seriously misaligned and wanted to charge us £80.
We went over to HiQ and within 10 mins Adam quickly checked this for us and informed us that no alignment was needed. He even checked the tyre pressures and inflated them free of charge.
He could have easily lied and said we needed them done and took our money as many other garages would have done but his honesty was unparalleled in such a ruthless industry. What a brilliant garage and lovely workers! Thank you Adam. I definitely recommend them!

I have used them previously for tyres, but had to come on to give them 5 stars after they helped me with a flat tyre that I got on the school run. They checked the tyre straight away and were able to repair it there and then for under £25. I was so grateful for how helpful, friendly, kind and professional they all were. Thank you!!
