I booked in for an MOT and from the moment I arrived the staff were trying to upsell oil and fuel treatments. Half way through the MOT I received a phone call to state there will be a number of advisories and a price list was rattled off. No real explanation of the issues, just prices. There was a long list and it just didn?t feel right. They also listed a cosmetic issue with the interior that has never been highlighted in an MOT before - it has nothing to do with the road worthiness of the vehicle. I?m glad I took it for a second opinion as there were discrepancies. I don?t trust this garage and I wouldn?t consider returning.

Brilliant service from knowledgeable experts. We popped into to HiQ yesterday as both brake lights on our Land Rover suddenly failed. Although they were busy they fitted us in, noticed that a side light had also gone and replaced all the bulbs within a few minutes. We had been having a problem with water getting inside the car when there was heavy rain, they checked the car and identified the problem and provided the solution straight away so we will be going back to get it fixed. We had seen 6 or 7 mechanics previously about the same issue and they had been unable to fix the problem. Top quality service from a really friendly team.

Terrible! Avoid at All Costs
I took my dad?s car here for a simple wheel alignment and tracking because it was drifting slightly to the left. I paid for the service expecting a straightforward fix, but when I left, the car was driving worse than when I arrived.
We brought the car back twice for them to correct the issue, but each time it got worse. Instead of resolving the problem, they shifted the blame to another part of the car and claimed it would cost over £2,000 to fix!
Frustrated, I decided to take the car to AGH for a second opinion. They were shocked at the state of the car after this garage?s work and managed to fix the issue properly within just 30 minutes. It turned out it really was just a simple alignment and tracking issue after all.
Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place. They clearly lack the skill or honesty to handle even the most basic jobs.
Wasted my time and money, don?t waste yours!

Mistakenly booked into the wrong HiQ (Leeds) for a tyre swap and went to this branch. Had to go back, as my tyre needed to be deliverer. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. When delivered, the tyre was quickly fitted and cost was very similar to what I have paid previously at other places. Certainly a place that I'd use again.
