Rooms: Very spacious, immaculately clean and finished to a high standard.Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet is much better than your usual offering. The food was lovely, varied and there were many staff available to assist who were polite and friendly. The whole stay was faultless in my opinion so I definitely recommend it.

Stayed here on a one night stay for a business trip. The hotel is very conveniently located just off M1. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The room was large and had a desk, which was great for working on the laptop. There's a gym and the restaurant has some very good options. Breakfast was great. Thank you

We stayed here with our kids while visiting my dad. We had two rooms with a door between them. The rooms are wonderful really comfy and bright, and the staff have been very helpful, especially the breakfast chef and staff catering for my sons allergies.Food & drinks: We told the breakfast staff about my sons allergies and they had the chef come out to speak to us. He cooked my son an allergy safe breakfast and my son was elated. He said he didnt feel different! Priceless thankyou.

Went here for a behavioural safety training day, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and well presented, Frere was plenty of parking available and the food was better than I expected for a day course. Very happy ?

Bar was out of most drinks, glassware was poor, tills did not work so had to pay at reception each time which meant queuing with guests checking in.Room was a good size but there was no full length mirror and the louvre cupboard doors were very clunky and noisy when opening.The hotels main gents toilets also smelt unwelcoming so would change the odour mats or spray that maybe the cause.Reception staff very friendly but bar staff quite rude.Room cleanliness was ok but on closer inspection you could see stains on work station doors, dust on ledges and build up of dirt underneath toilet.The £5 parking fee was also unexpected. This practice should really be stopped and just added to the room charge so its clear to avoid confusion rather than seek cost ranking on booking platforms.

Nice hotel.Check out was 12 noon but cleaning staff were talking very noisily from 8 in the morning.Complained at front desk.Apart from that was a nice place to stay.

Rooms are underwhelming, not what you expect for a Hilton. The main room had no light, only side lamps by the bed for the whole room. Bed was noisy and wobbles.Again bathroom wasn?t up to a Hilton standard. Bar was under stocked on a sat night.Lobby area smelt like old cabbage. Place was very dated.Parking is £5 a day.On an up side the Christmas decorations were pretty. And the breakfast was amazing. Waffle bar, buffet full English, pastries etc..Rooms: Honesty just rubbish for a Hilton. Very old and dated. Really not worth the money.Food & drinks: Breakfast was really amazing. For a business trip worth the money for the breakfast. Defo not the rooms.

Great hotel. It?s slightly older than some but the staff made this excellent. Very friendly and treated me really well as a gold member. Lots of parking and great for if you take your dog as lots of green areas. I was upgraded to a larger two double bed room with sofa bed. Would definitely return if in the area.
