NO ONE answers the phone in that office, we've tried calling every single day for 5 days and there is NO reply....might as well shut down your office as is of no help!

Good communication with the office. Always answer queries and emails. Not personally met any of the carers but I believe from what I understand from my husband who has met them they are professional, personable and friendly
