“Great service today. Had no idea what the masked chap was saying behind the perspex shield as I'm deaf and not a regular customer to know the drill. I told him this and he promptly dropped his mask so that I could lip read ? well done this made my dreaded experience today so much better. Thankyou it was a massive help, if only all stores would be so accomodating ?”

Just describe the item or what you want it for and the owner can find it for you. There really isnt alot that this store does not have.”

An LED replacement 5 foot tube light 20 Watts for an 80 Watts fluorescent old light as beautiful as my wife is, does leave the kitchen light always gets left on for the whole evening. Using more power than all of lights including the garden lights put together”

“My first time at B&Q, and the experience wasn't overall bad. However, I was confused at how to use the tills because I'm used to the ones from Asda, unlike them, you have to scan the barcode of the item(s) into the middle of the detector (?) in order to pay for it.
I came here to buy seeds. I ended up buying a lot of them because I'm so obsessed with colourful stuff and names! But I lowered it down to 5 of my favourites because it would be too much. Also, I was getting bored at staying here much longer so was waiting to pay the seeds at the till until I realized it's an area specializing in paint!”
