I?ve ordered 2 bikes from Halfords Weedon Store. I picked them up yesterday and can not fault the bikes or the staff! Kieran is very helpful, so are the rest of the team ! I couldn?t rate the team better !

Ordered a set of wiper blades online, to be fitted in store at a specific time slot. Put in my reg no. and postcode on the site, so they knew the store I was ordering from; order went through, I got confirmation of details: collect blades in store on specified date, to be fitted at my chosen time slot. Turned up, and they said they don?t keep those blades in stock, so couldn?t fit them. At no point was I informed the blades weren?t in stock at that branch, or told that they might not be in stock. What?s the point of letting someone order a specific product from a specific store, to be collected at a specific time, when they?re not in stock? I had to pay extra for different wipers. The person behind the till was unhelpful, offered no apology, and very much made out it was my fault, despite initially looking at my order and being very puzzled, saying ?oh this is a weird one?? insinuating something wasn?t quite right.

Bought a load of heavy kit and the team helped me get it to the car. I offhandedly mentioned that it was for a project car I was working on, and the next week the same guy (sorry I can't remember your name) was asking me how things were going and even offered support as I stood there thinking about what else I needed.

I recently took my car here as my aircon stopped working. I booked the free online check, popped down the following morning and the lovely guy had it sorted (just needed the gas topping up) within 15mins. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was very professional and friendly.
No sales pitch for additional services or head shake saying I need something repairing. Generally what happens at a normal garage! Good service, highly recommended.
