Very Disappointed with Service – Even as a Premium Member
I booked an air conditioning check with Halfords (St James Road, Northampton) in May 2025. They told me everything was “perfectly fine,” but I still asked them to fill the AC gas. For about two months, it worked, but then the AC stopped working again.
Took my bike in to get a puncture handled, Ellis the gent who served me was quick and efficient and very polite, great service couldn't have asked for better, was literally in and out in 20 minutes.
