Took my daughter in to have her ears pierced today. We were helped by Alison who was incredibly patient and reassuring. She checked throughout to make sure my daughter was happy and we never felt any pressure to go through with it if she changed her mind. They are both straight, level, and appropriate for the size of her ear. Everything was very clean and tucked away from other customers.
By the end I left with a very happy little girl who loved her new earrings and is proudly showing everyone her certificate.

I went today to go get my ears pierced and it was an amazing experience. The staff were so kind and Helen was such a happy person and make the experience so much better.

I recently visited this jewellery shop hoping to repair/exchange a bracelet, due to my understanding of a simple product malfunction, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately I didn?t catch the name of the older, larger woman working at the time, (17/6/25) she was not only unhelpful but also downright disrespectful. Instead of offering polite assistance, I was greeted with passive aggression and a face to match. She implied how it was my fault with major concern of the size, I had previously paid for the adjustment and frankly the bracelet does seem quite small? (it was a gift for my daughter who has struggled YEARS AND YEARS with disordered eating, so yes she is quite a slim girl) I am very aware that ignorant woman wasn?t to know, however that does not change the principle of discrimination. Her unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service was none other than appalling. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality service or fair treatment. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, a sweatshop may more mindful staff. Also quick piece off constructive criticism maybe hun go on a walk, does wonders for the mental and physical heath?

Alison in the Weston Favell branch is absolutely amazing. We came to the store to pick out our wedding rings. Alison was so patient with me trying on different ones and very informative about the different rings for me and my fiancé. We are so grateful for everything you did for us Alison, thank you!

Jeff was very helpful in assisting me to buy a new 9ct gold bracelet and gold ring he was very polite & friendly as were all the staff including the manageress who assisted to clean an exsisting necklace which I appreciated.
