I took my engagement ring in to Weston Favell on Wednesday because the diamond had fallen out last Friday. Lucy went to great lengths to identify the ring from the record of purchase as I had recently thrown away the receipt. At best I thought I would have to pay to replace the diamond if I could, depending on cost, but Lucy sorted a straightforward replacement. I cannot express my gratitude in words. Service above and beyond expectations.

They saved the day! Dashed over in a panic as I had 2 rings stuck on my finger, and the fabulous Alison calmly cut them off. Amazingly there was no charge.I'll be back in a couple of weeks to arrange getting them resized.Superb service ??

The guy I spoke with was condensing. Kept saying my love on the phone and rude although he had my name he said to a colleague this woman wants to know. This is the first time I have been treated like this. The other staff have always been helpful when I have been buying jewellery. The call was about a repair.I hope that the next time I chase it up the service is better

High street jewellery store that has really good January sales for something of good value and friendly staff. Also offers a ring repair and cleaning jewellery service for ring resizing and/or repairs.

Unfortunately my partner chose H. SAMUEL to resize her engagement ring & it is now 5 weeks overdue with no explanation & customer service are no help whatsoever. I'd recommend using another jewellers.
