Went in today to get my 5 year old daughters ears pierced. Charlotte did the piercings and was fantastic from start to finish. My daughter didn't even flinch. She even got a certificate and sticker at the end. ?

We?d just got married and my wife?s beads necklace broke which was really important to us. Thanks to Victoria at H. Samuel in Northampton who ensured us that it will be fixed. It was done within couple of weeks and then somehow we managed to break it again. We reached out to them and they fixed it for us free of cost this time and that too - within a week. Thanks Victoria and her team.
