I was there at 3pm for my free Go Compare coffee, there was very little stock left on the shelves. One customer asked for a hot pastie and was told there weren't any unless he waited 18 minutes.

Popped into the branch in Abington street Northampton for a breakfast roll. The ladies working there were so nice and friendly! One of them even went outside to take an order from a lady on a large mobility scooter to save her the hassle of coming in. Well done.

I'm in greggs everyday and all the staff are amazing. Soon as I walk in they know my order. Service is brilliant and is the only Gregg's I will go too. Only thing I'm disappointed in is the amount of rude customers they have to deal with on a daily basis but yet they still give good customer service. Management should be proud of them all.

-It was really good value for £2.59-Donut, pack of mini cupcakes, sandwiches and other food in quick time was really helpful thank you .

More than happy with Gregg's for a coffee, use a refillable cup to get 25p off each drink, cups are £2.75 to buy & you get it filled with a large drink, the baguettes & sandwiches are always lovely, especially cheese salad, & the chicken salad, lovely creamy mayonnaise, hubby says the chicken Tikka is good as well, bacon roll & a drink for breakfast up til 11am is nice as well.
