I waited outside for 10 min for them to open. When they finally did , after the opening time advertised, they could not be bothered to serve me because they were busy getting the chairs out. My little girl was rushed to the bus without food . We could not wait any longer. It was 6 am so, opening time! Couldn?t they serve first and then get chairs out? A matter for the management to address with the stuff!

Since moving premises there is often more stock available but the queues are now unbearable. The staff in the new shop are slow. Long Queues.

So I'm a regular customer! Came in with my mother, Aunty and Baby brother today to order some food! It was a takeaway and was 3 margarita pizzas with 3 drinks hot OR cold! The guy said they only do hot or cold drinks... Not the iced lattes or coolers with the £3.50 pizza and drink deal! Aka the cold drinks from the fridge? But last time I came in with my sister I could have the ice drinks for a small extra charge!?
On top of that my mother and aunt both wore a head scarf and my mother wore a head veil/niqab. He was staring and glaring at them also? And I was speaking in my own language to place our order as they don't speak English or understand it! I think it was racially motivated or in a racist way that he did all of that? He was a young white male with a cap on and the lady behind him looked familiar! I've been served by her before and had no issues with the female workers as well as herself but she didn't speak up about the iced drinks or anything! But this male worker just gave off the wrong vibes... And I myself work in hospitality also! Very disappointing experience and quite sad. I ordered at today about 5:30pm around then!
My sister was suprised when I told her as I'm a regular customer and have came in with her multiple times as well with NO issues at all! The atmosphere was good and the service was terrible along with the fact the pizzas were super cold which didn't help! I was going to complain in store but didn't wish to make a fuss or scene as I myself work in hospitality as well. But next time better service please and if you're racist I don't think that job is suitable for you!

We like Greggs the food is amazing definitely the sausage and bacon rolls. The sausage rolls are amazing. And the doughnuts are lovely
If there had to be one negative is they do go over the top with sauce the other day I opened my breakfast roll it was a disaster.
Apart from that I cannot complain really.
And if use food to go app I do recommend the cold food option in the mornings as it's ideal for lunch.

Great food. Nice selection. Cheap and cheerful.
Its a small shop with donuts shoved in the middle of the que area so very tight and busy. Not many seats to sit and eat.

I ordered a steak pasty and a cheese and onion pasty at two yesterday. Both were cold. My partner has had the trots all night. Won't be using that shop again

Food was hot. Drink was only filled just over half way. Sausage roll was mainly hollow. Nice area and shop. Ordered click and collect but may aswell go into the shop to order as i was waiting till after my slot to get my food.

I recently visited and was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the staff. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. she was incredibly rude and dismissive. Overall, the staff's lack of professionalism.

Some girl charged me for 6 coffees when I only ordered 3... and her attitude was as vile as she was. Wouldnt recommend, only thing I would recommended is getting a new vacancy

Was just in here 5 minutes ago, I?ve been given the wrong coffee and the guy in front of me was given the wrong change. Impressive levels of incompetence from the 2 lads working in there.
