I went to Greggs today and this was by the far the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The manager named Angeline, was extremely rude. I Wasn?t greeted with a hello or anything, just a miserable face and a miserable interaction. She was very rude to one of my friends, and even tried to charge him extra money to eat in without even asking him. I was disgusted by the attitude she had towards customers, considering the customers are what keeps the business alive.

Angeline was extremely rude to me and my friends when she served us. She tried charging my friend for eat in prices while taking away. She was very rude and told my friend who suffers from anxiety to ?shush? multiple times leaving him trembling. She needs a word with on her attitude towards staff as this is unacceptable

Angeline is a very rude worker, and treats her staff poorly, she treats customers with 0 respect and does not even wait for customers to finish their order. She also charged me for eat in without even asking if I?m eating in or taking away. I had to get a refund and my order changed to the correct one.

The lady called Angeline who served me today was atrocious she acted in a disgusted manner whilst telling me to ?shush? multiple times during my order leaving me feeling anxious and scared due to my mental health issues.

Bit understaffed considering it was 9am on a busy industrial estate. Pastries were warm and service was good after a 10 minute wait.
