In these uncertain times, the value of a really professional travel agent comes into its own. Whilst away, the Covid regulations for returning customers changed twice, but Philippa was in contact with us abroad immediately, and guided us through the new requirements - we were through Border Control within 10 minutes as a result. No question was too much trouble.

Absolutely useless. No wonder travel agents are a dying breed, you're better off booking yourself a holiday online than to use this travel agents. They don't know their ass from their elbows at this place. If you're not happy with the 'service' that they have provided you they will do nothing to help or correct the situation. Bloody useless - steer clear!!
