“I regularly visit this site (couple of times a week) mainly for StarbucksI used to think it was an awful place but I like Starbucks and stop on my way to work.The last 12 months or so since new management and staff it has been very enjoyable to visit.The stock choices are much better and it just seems a cleaner and friendlier environment.I don't do reviews usually but felt a need to today as was called "bud" or "boss"numerous times today by what I think was a new male member of staff which I didn't appreciate im not his bud nor boss and he needed to have more respect for the customers. He seemed more interested on checking his phone than the customers! The usual girl who is on is very polite and I like to have a conversation with her and she knows what I have and is a nice pleasant easy transaction I think her name is Lisa as the review below states.The manager is always happy and friendly and always sorts out any problem quickly and efficiently. Also the other young man who is sometimes on early is very friendly and helpful. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the bud/boss calling and just his general attitude if I pull in and see he is on will probably not stop for a coffee. Definitely a let down to the staff team there especially after all the improvements in the past 12 months. Disappointing ?”

“Really nice and convenient place to pick up groceries on a Sunday when most stores in Northampton close at 16:00. You can put fuel in you car at your convenience because it is open 24 hours. It is not to far from M1 motorway junction 16. It is a bit pricey as you would expect from Marks and Spencer’s.”

“Used to use over the road but now nick and Lisa are here I always go in. The place has greatly improved the coffe machine is always working now and the toilet is always clean and the customer service from these 2 is exceptional”

“Not including the price of fuel (I'm not an economist) this is a nice petrol station, as petrol stations go. I don't know how far petrol stations go.There's a good number of pumps and they're spaced quite well. There's the option to pay at the pump on at least 4 pumps, I think.There's a fully automated car wash and a shop. The shop isn't fully automated but the staff seems nice. The shop is pretty well appointed and the massive Morrisons might just have what it's missing.I'm not going to rate the patrons as they watched me push a dead Golf off the forecourt to safety on my own. Then an elderly lady decided to beep at me for encroaching 3 inches into her path, which was wide enough to accommodate a sideways double-decker bus through. But I angrily digress.”

“Having access to M&S Food through the BP Garage has been incredible since the M&S in town centre closed down years ago. Good but small selection of each section of M&S Food. Would definitely recommend. Can also pick up some cheap marked down stuff if you catch it at the right time!”

“Currently my preferred petrol station. It's not the one nearest to where I live but I drive past it a couple of times a week. It's back to 24/7 but doesn't pretend to be closed overnight. Ignore the bollards and there are two double-sided pumps open overnight.Avoid peak shopping hours unless you enjoy queueing to get in, queueing to get a pump, and queueing to get out. You can only pay for fuel at the kiosk so you done get stuck behind anyone reheating a pasty or buying 24 pints of milk - unlike Weston Favell.My only minor gripe is that the station is on an uphill slope with a slight tilt to the right so all cars designed to be LHD cannot get a full tank-full of fuel.”

Always come here to grab some petrol for my car as its usually the cheapest station to go to still go here and since I passed which was over a year now I've come here for petrol each time, when I walk in always get hello used to come here often when I went to TBH to grab a muffin and one of the staff always knows I get it everytime, Luci is very nice too majority of there staff gives a warm smile is well however do have 2 issues. 1. Cars parked in the petrol bays & Air Bays preventing people from getting fuel and air for there vehicles or there messing around 2. Space between the pumps are small as the vehicles are getting bigger by the year and some struggle so it is worth to look into renovating the pumps a little more space however overall nice security guards too. “After a long drive, we were running on fumes and the like a saviour appearing in the night, we saw this BP petrol station on the horizon. I found this branch of BP of such excellent service and quality product that I nearly forgot the atrocities that the company had allowed to happen in The Gulf of Mexico. I particularly found it interesting that they have a large banner outside the kiosk proclaiming that they had "Great Offers on Alcohol!". A little strange when the vast majority of all of your customers about to get back into a car again after a visit. But anyway...”
