Perfect for families. We thought the food was great and good value. We felt comfortable to be there with small children and the service was great.
Dietary restrictions: Both of my children have allergies and the staff dealt with it brilliantly. We felt safe and well looked after.

Food tastes like depression burger meat is bland my jacket spud was 70% brick the pulled beef was not pulled beef it was 10%beef 90% onion and a mix of filling just wrong.

Went here with the family just prior to Christmas to try their festive menu. We were big Frankie and Benny fans before they shut the two nearest restaurants to us but thought we'd make an effort to travel a bit further to see if they were still worth it! In simple terms, I'm afraid not! The restaurant was quite empty when we arrived and was very cold which meant we kept our coats on for much of the meal which is never conducive to having a good experience. Service was OK and prompt as you would expect for so few customers but our biggest gripe was the food and the cost...either the portions were too small(the carbonara just about covered the centre of the bowl it came in which was small to start with) or the taste wasn't great(the sage crumb on the macaroni cheese just didn't taste right) and then paying over £100 for 1 starter, 4 mains, one side and one dessert plus 4 non-alcoholic drinks just seemed excessive when factoring in the portion size and quality compared to other outings we've had recently to other national restaurants yet alone independent restaurants locally. Sadly disappointing and not a journey that we will endeavour to make again!

It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere after we'd had a busy day. We had a very lovely waitress who ensured we had everything we needed. There is a half decent menu selection of Italian and American food. We both had pizzas and they were lovely! I love Frankie and Benny's.

While the food met expectations, the service left much to be desired due to its considerable slowness. I waited longer than anticipated for a staff member to address my drink order and take my meal request. Additionally, when provided with the menu, the Christmas festive menu was absent. I had to specifically ask for it, which could have been avoided if it had been presented alongside the main menu initially.

We had a really lovely lunch on Saturday 23rd November.
Service was great and the food was lovely. Highly recommend the meatball starter with Nduja and the chicken and Nduja calzone.
Americano is on point. So strong. We'll be back soon.
