Been coming here for years. Tonight they have proven they can not be trusted. So annoyed for someone who puts alot money in till and get along with the manger iv been let down on my food. Over priced and food was not 100% correct. It's shame this as happened and I will not be back now. Trsut you and respect ya food and staff. Now I tried talk on phone you keep cutting me of. Shame this as me and the manger used to be and was good ppl know from young age ?

Ordered a mixed kebab, the land was thin as a crisp, the salad wasn't the best, and more kebab meet than shesh, I wouldn't recommend it, paid £23 for one person the delivery was spot on got and very lovely lady delivering it communication was spot on shame about the little portions for that money, I wouldn't recommend it, was so looking forward to a real kebab, if that's what your looking for I wouldn't order from flames. Greedy and no respect for the customers.

Thought I?d try again after a few years. Kebabs turned up, stone cold. 1 salad box between 2. Mixed Doner had very little mix was mainly Doner meat.15% off before delivery, which happened to be the amount of the 15% Pitta tasted plastic

Usually my go to Kebab, but recently i have been very disappointed with the food. When i order a kebab i expect the meat crammed inside the bread and sald and dressing on top. The last two times ive ordered they send us basically the ingredients of the kebab in various boxes so you put it together yourself and the salad they sent wasnt enough to fill an egg cup let alone three ?kebabs?. Very disappointed, will be looking for an alternative. ??????

Went in last night after coming home after long day visiting was told kebabs were good ?. Ordered 2 we got home and was terrible cold tasteless and meat was just bitty . Will never get kebabs from there again , shame as staff were polite and place

Normally have a takeaway delivery once a week from these guys food & delivery brilliant, last night baguette was so hard it could have filled in pot holes, chicken nuggets were so rubber could have sorted your shoes out,Tried to contact phone & email no response
