We just wanted to let you know how fabulous one of your agents is, Jonathan Lloyd-Ham. The sale of our property, Apple Tree Lodge in Maidford, Towcester completed last week which Jonathan managed. From the very first moment we spoke to Jonathan for getting a valuation, all the way through to completion day, his level of service and professionalism has not just been good but outstanding.It is rare to find someone these days with the clear level of passion and enthusiasm for their job that Jonathan has unwaveringly shown. There is a saying that it is not what someone says or does but how they make you feel that you remember - we feel like we had a friend who we trusted and who supported us throughout, with nothing being too much trouble. The key though to this was it was clear he was doing it out of genuine love for his job and compassion for his clients, rather than chasing a target.I am assuming in this industry sale targets are a primary focus, but often at the detriment of losing compassion. Johnathan has not lost this and should be the leading example for the estate agent culture.Our hope with this review is that you run some form of reward and recognition, and again not just base this on target achievement but value and recognise the approach and professionalism of your agents who go above and beyond, not just their outcomes. Jonathan fully deserves this recognition. We would not hesitate to use Fine and Country again, but with the express request that our agent, regardless of locality, was Jonathan. Jonathan Lloyd-Ham was absolutely amazing through out the sale of our property. On many occassions we felt he was the only person that knew what was going on up and down the chain. We are in the process of moving house, and Marie Fritz is the estate agent of the house we are purchasing. It's been such a smooth process so far, Marie keeps us regularly updated and chases things along when other agents in the chain aren't being as proactive.Arranging viewings of the property are done efficiently, any questions I have are answered promptly and Marie has taken the stress out of the moving house process.I would highly recommend using Marie, moving house is considered to be a very stressful period, but so far it's been plain sailing thanks to her knowledge and expertise.
