So slow. Waited an hour to speak to someone at the desk, then when I was seen, it took an additional 20 mins of them searching for an item I'd already paid for to collect, they didn't have in stock. Wasted over 2 hours of my time including travel.

Just returned and refunded brake discs this morning ? the process was quick enough since I went early. However, in general, the waiting times and overall customer service here are quite poor.

The staff at this establishment truly went above and beyond! I was particularly impressed when they saw I had a baby with me and still offered to lend a helping hand. One of the staff members even came out of their way to carry and load the heavy parts into my car, making the entire experience seamless and hassle-free. I appreciate the extra effort they put in to ensure good customer experience.

Needed 2 fuses and I?m not a mechanic so limited knowledge. Queued for 15 minutes. Got to the counter to ask young lad for 2 fuses. Just pointed at the shelving across the room and said they are over there. Asked for some assistance said no. Left with nothing as didn?t want to hold queue up any longer.

A long queue 45 minutes it took to get served .
One person in Northampton store was verry bussy .dealing with the customers verry quickly.
He apologise service this morning he was aisian black turban. 5 stars for him working hard .I guess what u need to do to get it right
