Opening Times Monday to Saturday 9.00 to 17.30 and Sunday/Bank holidays 10.00 to 16.00.

Atrocious service, will never ever revisit here ever again, last phone went on me so needed a phone ASAP! So been using EE for years and never had problems before until now, greeted by the girl with a BT Lanyard, we asked about a new phone but she decided to go off topic and offer broadband, we already have it, then mentioned to her about a new phone, lack of display of phones, went back after providing a budget and a certain phone I wish to go for and mentioned that I'll need to take the phone away today she said that's fine let me go back and check for you, came back after 30-45 minutes she went off topic yet again trying to push the flexible contract then mentioned yet again and we mentioned that I have a disability I require a phone today she then told us we don't do that we can only deliver it. Waited an hour after coming in to tell us that we cannot walk away with a phone same day, sorry to say you've put me off and going to somewhere else! Not helpful at all, attitude was fine just service was appalling and will never return

Absolutely terrible service. Took out a broadband contract with them. They gave me a delivery date for the router and confirmed that 100% I would receive it on the stipulated date as I need to sign for the delivery so I took leave from work low and behold no delivery turns up. Tracking says it will arrive the day after take a second day of leave and still no package. Ring the store they say sorry we only sell the products call customer services. I made the call to customer services for them to tell me sorry this is out of our hands keep waiting theres nothing that can be done for you. A truly horrific experience especially for a first time customer would NEVER RECOMMEND.

If i could give 0 i would. Staff have completely no knowledge about products they are selling, no proper explanations given to us, now we are stuck with rubbish plan, rubbish phone and galaxy watch that gonna cost us double than in the shops. They don't help with anything and know nothing, stay away from them.There use to be amazing EE in weston favell mall with great, helpful staff but unfortunately it closed down. Now we had no choice bu to go Northampton town centre EE. Next time I rather go to another city than to them.

19/12 23 I went into the shop in Northampton today.I had previously contacted EEs telephone service to ask for my name to be added to my husband and my account.They asked me to go into the branch first with ID to verify myself in person and then contact them to confirm. I went into the shop and spoke to a customer service man . He said that I was wrong and that I couldn't verify myself in the shop.in the shop he also said he was the assistant manager. and that I needed to and phone EE instead.He didn't seem to understand anything I said and I asked to speak to someone else.I spoke to another very pleasant helpful customer service man who competently verified me with my documents.Why does EE have an assistant manager who totally misunderstands language.He was Incorrect and rude and didn't understand me and if I had not spoken to someone else in the shop I would have wasted. all the time and expense of the journey all the way to the shop in town.I would like to give 0 stars to the assistant manager and 5 stars to the customer service man who helped me.

Rang shop 4 times in order to check availability and save a wasted journey. No answer so had to go to the shop. Upon entry I told the sales person that I wanted to buy a BT disc. 'We can upgrade your package to include the disc' he said. I responded that I didn't want to do this as it would be an additional £20 a month and re-iterated that I just wanted to buy it. 'Come over to the desk and we can check the package prices' No, I replied, I don't want that. Then he said 'we don't sell BT discs'. Absolutely useless, they are trained to sell, not help. I bitterly regret moving to BT, but it was the only way to keep my landline.
