Super helpful, ordered some Paraboots today and needed them in a rush, called the shop and he confirmed the stock and size, heard my concerns and posted them within the hour.
Really friendly, not sure why anyone would give this hardworking small business less than 5*. Will be ordering from here again.
Website says that returns are accepted for refund, so ignore those remarks in the reviews.

I had a small manufacturing issue with my purchase, but Mel responded promptly and resolved it without any hassle.
It?s rare to find such great service these days?friendly, efficient, and professional.

I popped in for a browse and thought to query an unrelated matter with the shop owner Steve. I could have been politely turned away but instead with not so much as a flinch, Steve engaged in sharing his expertise and then went the extra mile to verify his position with his contacts in the field. Considering I hadn't even bought anything, I was genuinely flabbergasted to find service like this still exists! I thought gone were those days but my experience here has made me reconsider my perhaps premature pessimism. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his lovely collection of quality leather goods. I shall return to make a purchase and would most certainly recommend having a look see yourselves for a gift for yourself or a loved one.

Superb service from this shop. I ordered a pair of Paraboot shoes but gave the wrong post code, they sorted this out with the local post office and the shoes arrived a few days later. Unfortunately they were too big so I contacted the shop. They had only one pair in a smaller size but they set these aside and as soon as they received the returned shoes they posted them on. Excellent communications at all times. 5* for Dychurch and 5* for Paraboot.

I ordered a flatcap I could've ordered elsewhere but hey promised first class delivery at a reasonable price. Several days later when the delivery was overdue I got an email with zero explanation saying i was being refunded. I ordered it for a special occasion. In addition I emailed them to ask for an explanation but got none. Appalling customer service.

I ordered something from Dychurch and paid for first class post. Several days later by which time it should have arrrived I received an email with zero explanation saying I had been refunded. I then sent an email back to Dychurch Lifestyle asking for an explanation which they completely ignored. I coul have ordered the same thign elsewhere but this delay meant that was no longer an option. I would not recommend Dychurch Lifestyle
