Our office ordered 10 pizzas from this branch on Monday 14th October for delivery.
The food was amazing, warm and tasted great. We ordered extra sauce too which was all correct. The whole office loved it and Ed, our delivery driver was amazing! He brought up 3 full bags of pizza and even agreed to a picture for us. Thank you for the tasty pizza

Don't visit Dominos Wootton, Northampton tonight. My order was placed at 4:30pm with a collection of 6:30pm. At 7:10pm my daughter was still waiting to collect. The food was barely warm. The wedges were chewy and cold. Whilst waiting there my daughter heard comments such as "what do you want me to do?" " We're just waiting on one more food, your order had been sat there waiting for a while". When another customer complained and a member of staff asked another, the second member of staff said "shut up I can't do anything". The manager changed everytime a customer asked to speak to a manager. There were male staff sat in the food prep area, eating returned food. This place should be ashamed of themselves, quality is shocking, service is shocking and my food has gone in the bin. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Give your money to charity instead.

AWFUL - requested HOT pizza - order received stone cold. Complained and met with major attitude from a member of their staff who wanted the order returned before issuing a replacement. Is this level of 'service' acceptable to Dominos corporate? Probably the worst customer service in the vicinity. NO stars! Part 2 - after receiving a 'free pizza' code from Dominos for this order I stupidly trusted them to delver hot pizza - after ordering £19 extras to meet the delivery requirements for my 'free pizza' (!) the order arrived cold again but this time they went one better and thought that burnt loaded bacon and cheese fries would work - see photo attached. Would you eat this?!?!

The staff are great. Really good. Customer service is brilliant.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza is great. The base is the best GF base I've ever had. A lot of GF food can be grainy but it genuinely wasn't. It is great. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately a really dry pizza, hardly any tomato base sauce and I ordered extra toppings which were left off. Second time this has happened thought I?d try once more but not again now. Maybe they were saving because I ordered a pizza for £12. Shame it?s local, will avoid next time.
