I ordered a couple pizzas where my dip didn?t come & price didn?t make sense, when manager told me I didn?t order the big dip, I asked her to send the driver and collect the food and refund my money.poor driver such a nice guy I felt bad for him that he had to see how frustrated I was and asked the manager to resolve the issue asap but the manager kept cutting off the phone on him and saying just leave but as a caring worker he wanted to solve the issue. next minute you know manager calls him and saying Ive called the police and told them you?ve been held hostage lol so I had the police turning up to my house asking for the driver?? what a waste of tax payers money Tasha the manager cost and big up Bobby the driver for being a fair person and trying to resolve the issue I will be taking it up to the area manager as this is a serious event ?

Food took about an hour to arrive, was over cooked and cold when i got it.
Terrible delivery experience, would not recommend ordering for delivery.

I received an email and text later saying that they're sorry the food took so long and gave me a code for a free pizza, tired entering the code online and says I haven't met the requirements, didnt say what the requirements were so I decided to ask in store. The tattooed lady I spoke to was very rude and dismissive and wasn't helpful in the slightest.

Not happy at all, Placed an order around half past midnight being very patient decided to ring up and ask on my food after an hour and 20 minutes to be told the driver had ?knocked my door and also rung? which I will say never happened to then be told ?I am just going on what my driver has said? no apology at all! Then got told to ring up in the morning to get a refund as they won?t be re-cooking or resending the order

Very poor pizza! ? I used to love Domino's as a cheat meal but pizzas we had today was not worth the calories. It was dry, dough was chewy it tasted like two day old pizza! Not to mention their smaller size (what used to be M now is S) and low amount of topping... I never been so disappointed with a fast food pizza place before. We are genuinely considering not to order from Domino's anymore!

Unfortunately Domino's it's not as good anymore as used to be. Had ordered Mighty Meaty large pizza. It was missing ground beef, onions felt very raw, and pizza base was flat and bland - the dough not risen and chewy. It's way overpriced and the quality gone down. Do not recommend at all.

EDIT: Don't be misguided by the seemingly very ammeniable comments. It is all a gaslighting excersise to look like they take customer service seriously. Two weeks on and still no one has been in touch. I'm hardly suprised. Avoid this dominos at all costsI ordered a Pizza and asked for it to be delivered at 8pm 11th May, only for the pizza to be attempted to be delivered at 7.40pm. I was not home but my girlfriend was and the driver made no attempt to dial in to our flat - all he had to do was use the intercom. The driver then marked the pizza delivered on the app and returned back to the store. I then had to call the store 5 times untill someone picked up and when the pizza did arrive at 8.10pm it was stone cold. I wouldn't mind but the driver was rude when I questioned why it was marked as delivered when it wasn't. The pizza was also poor quality. I complained through Dominos customer services and was called by the store manager Natasha who said because we accepted the food no refund would be given. To me this seems unbelievable as who checks the quality of the pizza in front of the delivery driver? You only know the quality once you take the pizza in and open the box. I did explain this to Natasha, but she wasn't interested and said it was my fault. Overall a terrible experience. Do not order from Dominos Northampton Central - they are a complete let down to the Dominos brand. They clearly do not know what good customer service means.
