So I came here with my family for a lunch. Cafe looked nice, food was pretty cheap and had no problem with the staff. After we finished ordering using the machine, we went to look for a table and found at least 1/4 of tables not cleaned up yet and the table we set at had some minor spillage at the edge not cleaned up despite being clear. It wasn't that big of a deal till we realised we had to wait 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES just for our food for 5 people. It was pretty outrageous considering the cafe was not that busy and I would say 30-40 mins max should be the norm at any cafe or restaurant usually no matter what but 80 minutes??? Worst part was my dad's meal ,which was a burger, which we ordered, did not even register on the machine despite us ordering it so he waited 80 minutes just to go hungry. Yeah we probably should have checked the receipt but who would expect something like this anyway. Food wise was okay and hot but you could tell it was frozen but it is £5 for a meal for a reason. But in what world do you have to wait 1hr 20 minutes to get frozen food and have the machine malfunction and not register one order?? I'm okay with eating it but nothing is worth that long of wait. This was probably a first for me to ever experience such terrible management. I'm not sure but from what it seemed they probably only had like 1-3 cooks otherwise it shouldn't have taken this long. If you ever decide to go here, would recommend to go in small groups and check your receipts for everyone's order.

This café was the worst experience I've ever had! Me and My family had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes just for a small crappy meal. The machine was clearly bugged. My Dad ordered the same thing as my Brother. Guess what? HE DIDN'T GET ANYTHING TO EAT!!! The tables were dirty, the service was terrible, no-one was taking the food away once someone else went. The food was also WAY overcooked. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this café.

My daughter and granddaughter went into the Northampton Morrisons cafe today to have dinner. Only to find that there was no child?s menu at all so decided to have two chicken dinner?s. After she had paid she was told that there was no chicken left and this was 1 o?clock Sunday dinner time on a Sunday. She asked for a refund as there was nothing there that she or the child liked. Not a very good experience so won?t be visiting Morrisons again.

Open till 6:00pm really seems to mean, shut an hour earlier! Having driven 400 miles, we were looking forward to eating here then doing our weeks shopping and what happens? Early cafe closure meant find somewhere else to eat then shop at.....Sainsburys. Just glad we hadn't driven 400 miles specifically to eat here.

Visited 26/4 around 11am, the tables are all numbered now & the self service kiosk OR person behind the till asks for your table number when you order - I haven't got to a table yet to know what number it is. The old system where you picked up / where given a number card & placed it in the table stand worked so much better. Had a bacon in a roll & a sausage in a roll which arrived within 10 minutes, food tasted ok but a few hours later I felt & was sick several times, seeing as this was the last food I had consumed I won't be going back.

The parking time has gone from 3 to 2 hours. We did our shopping and had a meal. We were 10 mins over not knowing it had changed to 2 hours. We had a parking bill for £50.00! We haven't been back.
