Superb fried chicken and wings as always but disappointed they no longer do their signature dixy chilli sauce but rather supplier cash and carry chilli sauce.

Rude! If the guy behind the counter takes the earpod out of his ear, he will be able to hear customers the first time round instead of saying "what do you want!" I Should have walked out there and then. No please, no thank you, no manners or customer service skills. When asked for a napkin, he couldn't even find one!
Chicken strips were mediocre, rubbery textured, and the batter was very bland.
Despite a recent refit, the eat in area was dirty, with a weird vibe. Won't be visiting again.

Love their affordable burgers. Atmosphere is good you see a lot of customers waiting their orders. But the service is same with the average. For the hygiene i think they need to hire someone to clean the desks coz no one does and other guys are too busy taking orders from offline and over the phone.

Called 1st make delivery and got hung up on. Called back 3 times and no answer. On the 4th time they hung up on me again.
