We bought 2 wing chairs from DFS after going round in circles at other furniture stores without success. The minute we walked into DFS we were welcomed by the staff who advised us with our buying options. We were even given tea and coffee before we had committed to buying. I was delaying the review until the delivery but so far so good. We are delighted with DFS.

Came into the store today to order our new furniture spoke to Taylor and she is a lovely helpful member of your team. It was also refreshing to go into a shop and not be harassed by sales staff.

One of the best shopping experiences I?ve probably ever had. The service was amazing and honestly couldn?t fault a thing, super friendly, quick and not ?typical? salesman people you may associate with a sofa shop. Definitely worth the travelling to go to this branch

This place was fan-tas-tic!!! Admirable service from every member of staff and the general feel of this complex was so,so nice and comfy-I truly felt welcomed and at home.One staff member in particular(akinfenwa) was generally the nicest member of staff I'd ever met-when I next get a sofa, there's one thing I can guarantee-I'm coming to dfs!!!! 5 STARS ?

When we went in to look for replacement sofas I expected to be accosted at every turn. I was very much mistaken. The staff were amazing (Tina in particular). She didn't hassle us but was also available when we needed a professional opinion and explanation of features. We found the sofas we wanted and ordered the next day as we had some measurements we needed to do at home to make sure the fit was right.
Would we use DFS northampton again? You bet we would and would highly recommend anyone else that's looking to use this branch as well. Thank you Tina and the other amazing staff.

Visited DFS to look around and see what they had, a member of staff asked "if there was anything I was interested in..? I said I'm just looking at the moment..! The sales Gentleman simply said "my names Reese if you need anything I'm around." I left and returned a week later to look at a sofa etc... He remembered me and even grabbed me a tape measure to check the size of the sofa we were buying... then happily found us when we had made the decision to buy.. offered a coffee during the purchase and educated us in relation to the material and how to care for it, which was a really nice touch which made it a really relaxed experience.

Went for a browse, nice being able to walk around & not be pestered by sales people, but there was someone there who answered our questions when we asked, apart from one, which was very odd, they wouldn't tell us how much it would cost for protection for the sofa for 5 years, said he wasn't allowed, only at point of purchase, kept saying depends on purchase price, did say in the end it was 12% on top of your cost , which was a bit off putting, & definitely would put some people off buying, if no idea how much will added on, 2 other places had no problem giving us the full cost.
