It has taken DFS 6 months to deliver a new sofa to us (if it arrives when its supposed to, I am not holding out any hope for this).Ours was damaged, covered in mud, delivered late and has the wrong brackets so doesn't fit/hold together and it has taken 6 months of contacting them to get the problem resolved.Best part is that they won't give us our money back as we were still being charged for the broken/stained sofa.

We received our sofa set at the beginning of December, we were supposed to get 2 care kits , which weren?t delivered. Delivery guys said that they will arrange an order and we will get instead of two - four kits.After 2 weeks we went to store , were the guy refused to talk to us and we?ve been told to find the guy who sold us sofa. We were again promised that we will receive our kits, now it?s end of February and we still didn?t receive anything.Customer service is very poor, we had to switch 2 operators because they couldn?t understand what we want.Very disappointed, it looks like DFS doesn?t care at all about their customers , they are very nice and polite only when they try to sell you stuff, and once you place your order they just ignoring you.

Extremely poor customer service, arrogant staff. They push you to make a decision. After telling them, that you need time to think they just turn away without saying a word. There is no point to to go to the shop couple of ours prior their closing time as non of them will pay attention to you even though you took your time to think and came to buy.

A decent collection of sofas and standalone chairs. Staff was happy to stay after 6 pm to help us place our order and explain all the terms and additional packages.

Really enjoyed our tour around DFS. The staff were extremely attentive and helped us with all our enquiries. Plenty of Black Fridays offers around. Moreover, all the clearance products were free to collect same day (they also do the order to made products).The car park is free for around 2h I believe.Definitely recommend it! Good quality at resonable/reliable price.

I booked a delivery for Friday, and DFS changed it to Saturday (without communication) I then spoke to a wet lettuce in a call centre who constantly interrupted me with his morbid tones and wouldn't let me speak! I then asked to escalate the matter, where I was advised that I couldn't, and I would need to speak to the store direct, and that could take them up to 72 working hours to reach out! Please see my new sofa in the picture attached...

DFS can't make a simple chair then replace it twice and still can't get it right, infact the replacement chairs have been worse than the first one, nothing like what was advertised on the shop floor!! and they are now refusing to help and say I have to go legal... the store manager at Northampton branch, Tina? Is rude. They have taken my money and now not prepared to help me. They falsely advertise their furniture, what you see on the shopfloor and pay for is not what you receive and then when they replace it, it is no better, they then refuse to refund you and advise you to go legal! Lee Childs the Branch manager was not atall helpful and would not provide me with his managers details to escalate this matter, he said he is not prepared to do that and not prepared to refund the chair as they have already replaced it twice!! Like that was my fault?? Really?? Yes and the replacement chairs have been disgraceful they can't even make furniture! I have been told I'm left with a chair that cost me 400 pounds that won't last another year, the advice that they have given me is.. go legal Mrs Curry?? AVOID AVOID AVOID a year of stress and upset DFS have caused me. SCS are much better hands down no problem there! And..don't reply with call customer service, as that's not the answer as Lee Childs the Branch Manager is not even prepared to help!Disgusting service and furniture that won't last two seconds the way is made! COWBOYS! They take your money and run! Go SCS 100 % great service there!I've had this chair two months and DFS claim is perfectly made... the base has collapsed and nothing like the showroom model... won't last me 5 minutes...SCAMMERS!

Very poor quality. Its taken over a year to get the sofa sorted. I will never use the company again. I'm going to trading standards and the ombudsman to get it sorted because dfs keep fobbing me off with excuse after excuse
