I would like to take this opportunity to express my extreme gratitude to Delapre Dental Care for working miracles by renewing my confidence and restoring my nerves regarding Dentists. I had not attended a dentist surgery for over 30 years but in the caring and extremely capable hands of Sabina - the wonderful dentist who owns the practice and such a lovely lady - and her amazing, friendly dental nurse, I have no fears anymore!!! In fact I hope in smiling, I can never thank them enough. Excellent dental practice xx

On several occasions, my dental appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute, causing significant inconvenience and disruption. I understand that emergencies can arise, but repeated short-notice changes demonstrate a lack of consideration for patients? time and commitments.
In addition, during my most recent interaction, I felt I was spoken to in a manner that was dismissive and unprofessional, which came across as intimidating and bullying by being told il be refused treatment and or be de registered . As an NHS patient, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times, regardless of the circumstances.
I will also raise a formal complaint with ICB because these practices must stop!

A great experience there! The dentist explained everything as she went along. Had a filling (painless). 6 months later I returned for ?Dental Hygiene? appointment (teeth cleaning). The dentist did it themselves (not a hygienist). She really cleaned them thoroughly.
I have had dental treatment in America, Hungary and UK and Delapre Dental is up there with the best!

I have nothing but praise for Sabina and her team. I have always been anxious about the dentist but Sabina and Malyha always put me at ease. The dental care I have received over the years has been excellent with Sabina. I am more than grateful for everything she has done for me. Her dedication and commitment to her patients is second to none. Thank you Sabina and team.

Oh wow this woman is terrible! If you are NHS she will not do deep cleans. Only on a Saturday for private payment. Was with her over 2 years. Arrived with two teeth already had root canal done. She managed to save none of them. Then later down the line suggested root canal on one. I reminded her how many she had already saved. She ain't interested in looking after you. Just wants to make as much as she can quick. Always opting to do a temporary filling for you. Which never last's but never manages to get around to a proper filling. She just wants to go back to her country. She told me on many occasions. You are silly if you stay with her. She went through over 5 dental nurses in the time knowing her. Now the secretary is the dental nurse LOL. I suppose no one else could put up with her crap. Just let her move on and get back to where she wants to be.

I?ve had nothing but great service every time I?ve visited this practice. From the administration, to the wait time, to the appointments themselves. The dentists and doctor?s take their time to reassure you and help put you at ease. Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr Lakshay & assistant Morna, who both had been very informative and Dr Lakshay had really taken a necessary amount of time on my root canal. Me and the Dr were very proud of the outcome, the next following morning I have no discomfort which I?m surprised about. When this Dr extracted my tooth I had the same rapid healing process! I?m a patient that couldn?t recommend this practice enough!

Where to begin?
Had my first filling in October 2024 which I have been complaining about nonstop as it?s super sensitive. Dentist always dismissed my concerns and told me to rub toothpaste on it for relief. On 6th January had 3 more fillings and today one of them had fallen off. I?ve also noticed that the hole is extremely big due to excessive drilling which trust me wasn?t needed.
I?m generally anxious of dental practices and when I highlighted that I was anxious I was met with hostility and uncompassionate attitude as was told I should have taken my ?medication? very rudely. You concerns will always be dismissed regardless of the information you?ve provided.
I?d rather have no dentist at all than ever and I mean EVER!!!! Go back to this inconsiderate hellhole!
You?ve been warned, don?t walk, RUN!

I was seen by Dr. Lakshay Gupta during my last two visits. He seemed to be knowledgeable and experienced. He carried out some scaling and two minor fillings. He took his time to explain things to me and gave me opportunity to ask any questions that I may have.
I think, this dental practice is partnered with Northampton University. There are dentistry students working there. I was seen by one of them during my first visit, after joining. It didn't give me a lot of confidence. Dr. Gupta was very good. I would give him 5/5.

Seen the same Dentist twice, both time said was unable to prescribe medication for infection and extreme pain Which I don?t understand as other dentist?s are more than capable of doing so. Called up reception to ask if there was a Dentist that COULD prescribe medication due to the extent of pain I?m in and had the receptionist hang up on me tried calling back twice and the phone was left ringing and had no call back. Also informed id missed two appointments one of which I hadn?t even made an appointment for. Unable to tell me how I can deal with the pain for the next 6 days until my next appointment when asked and then dismissed me, Quite unprofessional.

This dentist is very poor , I rang up about a complaint now they treated my mum , and then the women on the phone spoke to me very poorly then disconnected the phone so I could get hold of them very poor dentist avoid !!

Was very nervous to go here after reading the reviews but Sabina and the receptionist were absolutely lovely. Made me feel very at ease. Will definitely recommend!

Avoid this practice at all costs!!!
The dentist here is so unprofessional and cruel. My mum came in to clear up a confusion as we had been waiting over a week for paperwork that they were supposed to send us over email. The dental assistant and receptionist were nice and tried to help with our query. The dentist then came out to where they were trying to help us with such an attitude and started to berate both my mum as well as her own staff right in front of us. Said to her own receptionist something along the lines of 'don't you know how to do your job?'... She should ask herself that question as the young boy was actually trying to help us. She doesn't know the first thing about customer service. Feel so bad for the people working under her. Don't know how this practice is still in business and the 1 star reviews on this place speak for themselves. Take your business somewhere else - Awful!!!
