We ordered a record player online and arranged a collection. When we arrived at store the girl at the counter was very unfriendly, uninterested and unhelpful so we walked out and cancelled the order. We then bought the quite expensive item from argos.

No real customer service. However in and out quickly with purchase. Poor choice of gas ovens.

Absolutely AWFUL. I ordered an American fridge freezer and paid for the service where they remove the doors so it can fit through my front door, when the delivery was due they refused to do this and said it won?t fit? It clearly can? I complained and they said delivery will take place tomorrow, only to find they sent two service engineers instead of the appliance! I called to complain once more to be told the store had cancelled the order. Thanks for wasting two days of my life waiting for the appliance that never came. The manager at the riverside store who issued me a full refund didn?t even have the energy to apologise, poor attitude and terrible service. Will never order from curry?s again.

Went into the store today, armed and ready to purchase a new laptop. Browsed for fifteen minutes, ready with a few questions I asked a passing member staff for help, to which he said he couldn?t help but would find someone who could. We waited a further ten minutes, no one appeared so we continued to browse in the meantime watching other team members wandering around in the distance. I managed to catch a second member of staff, who was rude and just said I?m serving another customer find someone else and carried on. It was the last straw, so we left. Went to John Lewis and got the best customer service?. Won?t be wasting my time with Curry?s again! Sort it out Curry?s!

Horrible service..staff are very rude .girl in collection is not helping at all..my order should be ready within 1 hour but I wait there 2 hour now I'm leaving the place without my order..very very disappointed..

HORRENDOUS.
Purchased a fridge on line. Went to collect and took 2 people 20 mins to locate it. Finally arrived with our name right on top!! All staff apart from a lady, we're absolutely useless. Most staff stood around chatting to themselves. A

After trying to order online and not having the best luck with that, we chose to go into store and order using curry?s ?buy now,pay later? option. After being passed through 3 employees and explaining exactly what products we wanted, we went onto details, this resulted in a hard credit check (already been cleared online) which was unsuccessful so we left. Annoyed as we couldn?t understand why we?d been rejected, after a Google we found many people have had the same issue (accepted online but then rejected in store). 2 days later we received a phone call to say there may have been a mistake on the application and if we wanted to try again we could. After going back into the store and going through the entire process again the system would still not work, it wasn?t rejecting us but it was saying that there was an error! Not much hope left at this point, luckily a very lovely lady (I forgot to ask her name) with green glasses assisted her colleague and we was accepted no issues atall so Thankyou as she was very helpful! As much as the mistake was rectified eventually, it?s been quite an inconvenience! Maybe abit more training on the systems curry?s use is needed to ensure all employees are able to help customers :)

Went to the phone section and waited 15 minutes before someone attended me. Poor customer experience, plenty of staff but nobody seemed to be able to help.
