I came 15 mins before closing to buy eggs. They sold me rotten hairy eggs and I went back the next day but they refused to refund me or even give me new eggs because I didn?t come with the cling film wrapping. Bad customer service

Customer for years, good communication when walk in. Friendly and approachable. Post office is open at certain times but makes sense when only certain staff can work the station. Nice to see still workers get a break midday. Minimum spend of £5 for card payments.

worse shop in Northampton they overcharge children follow you around close at 7 Monday to Friday close and 1 on a Sunday it's a shame because the estate deserves so much better the post office picks and chooses when to be open the stuff iz very expensive the is hardly no section I would advise people to go to lings shops just down the road it's fair on price they have a big selection they stay open late and they don't follow you around the shop and they don't overcharge little kids they actually look after the customers thorplands shops are just a bunch of slippery snakes that care about the self's and are in this game to rip people off they should be made to come off the estate DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give no stars but it don't let you

Their attitude is appalling! Very rude and unwelcoming staff. The only person that makes an effort to be nice is the man in the post office. I always try my best not to have anything to do with this store even as it's in my neighbourhood, I'd rather take a bus to shop elsewhere ?

Went to get some money out from the post office before closing time, the shop owner said to look at the sign that says its closed, I only pointed out it says otherwise on google maps, he responded shouting " Post office isn't my position, this is my position, the shop!"
I was like, okay then, could've been nicer about it...
Ive been at this shop a couple of times and their attitude stinks...
Avoid if you want a nice day...

ive been shopping here for 34 years, ive always had a great experience with them. Whatever you need they get in the next day, ive seen them been abused on a few occasions. I remember the dad mr patel lovely man and michael is the nicest man as are all the others. They work hard and think they deserve more credit x
